Christopher Fried was born in Petersburg, Virginia in 1985 and currently resides in Henrico, Virginia. He graduated from The College of William and Mary in 2007 with a BA in English and Classical Studies. In 2013, Kelsay Books (Alabaster Leaves) published the poetry collection All Aboard the Timesphere. He was the assistant editor for the online literary journal Wisdom Crieth Without. He has written book and movie reviews for the 1980s nostalgia label and website NewRetroWave. His award-winning novel Whole Lot of Hullabaloo: A Twenty-First Century Campus Phantasmagoria was independently-published in 2020. In 2025, Kelsay Books (White Violet Press) will publish the poetry collection Analog Synthesis.
